Back in July 5 lucky girls were chosen as this year’s “Nittere Genic” gravure contest winners. The 11th annual event is run by (you guessed it) Japanese TV station Nippon Terebi, or NTV for short.

Yu Akiyama has been a fashion model and currently attends Japan Women’s University. Yu has been practicing classic ballet since the age of 3 yet proudly sports a F cup chest!

Natsuko just turned 19 last month and is this year’s youngest winner. She’s also an actress and has been dabbling in Japanese showbiz with her twin sister Akiko for quite some time.

Yoshimi Hamasaki is a self professed country girl. The 22 year old hails from Kochi Prefecture on Shikoku island, where she keeps 2 mountain boars as pets and has taught them to “shake”.

Reimi Tachibana is another country girl, claiming her heritage from Yoron Island all the way at the deep southern end of Kagoshima Prefecture. But don’t even try to mess with Reimi, because this gravure idol is also a judoka and she’ll slam your ass on the ground!

These 4 lucky girls were selected from the semi-final round of Miss Magazine contest. It was announced that they would begin their activities by appearing on Japanese internet based TV channel GyaO.

Yukina got her breakthrough as Sanai / San-ai / San’ai’s “image girl” last year. The exhibition took place at Tokyo Big Site convention center in collaboration with the Visitor Bureau of Guam.

The 2008 bikini preview show marked the conclusion of Yukina Kinoshita’s duty for San-ai / Sanai. The popular Japanese gravure model of Korean descent said, “Without becoming Sanai’s campaign girl, the Yukina Kinoshita you know wouldn’t exist. Even though today is my last day as a Sanai bikini image girl, I’ll always be appreciative.”
